Erin Schweikert, MS OTR/L, BCP
Erin is the proud owner of Stepping Stones Pediatric Therapy. She is a New Jersey licensed Occupational Therapist, and is board certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. Additionally, she is one of 13 clinicians in New Jersey that holds an advanced Board Certification in Pediatrics by the Occupational Therapy Advanced Certification Commission.
Erin has many years of experience working with kids, both with and without disabilities, which lead her to specialize in pediatrics. She believes the biggest agent of change in the therapeutic process is the collaboration with the family unit to foster meaningful and long-term growth. Erin believes that kids are resilient and capable of doing many things, and she makes it her mission to tap into a child's strengths & preferences to foster these capabilities, in turn supporting their participation and enhancing their quality of life. When she's not working, you can find her outdoors, enjoying walks with her husband and dog, exercising, traveling or crafting!
Adriana McTish, MS OTR/L, CAPS
Adriana is a board certified, licensed, and registered Occupational Therapist with over 7 years of experience. She has worked extensively with the pediatric population. Prior to joining Stepping Stones, Adriana specialized in equine movement as an intervention tool with pediatric patients. Adriana received her Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She met her husband in the Occupational Therapy program and they argue every day on who is the better therapist In her free time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her family including her three young children. She is excited to be helping other families navigate the challenges of parenthood and provide the highest quality of care to her patients.
